The platform that Danny mentioned is Hopin.to - but it depends on what your goals are around the event and what functionality matters to you most. Ceros moved our upcoming virtual event to Hopin.to as well. We are also exploring Crowdcast.io for the webinar experience.

What are some content examples that Ceros customers have been using to drive engagement towards a virtual event?

We’ve definitely seen an uptick in usage to drive traffic to a virtual event. Creating resources in an engaging way, not just a static PDF, helps you stand out from the crowd. Whether it may be promotional content that your organization shares on social, or teaser material that shows your audience what they may be getting into.

Touchpoints prior to the event is a great start. Having them engage in survey + polls and sharing that data with them. Creating some sort of community (Slack or a LinkedIn group), an open forum where folks can communicate.

How are you actually/physically creating that community feeling for larger event groups?
Question
Understanding the goals of your specific sponsors. For a lot of them, it is usually lead generation -- help them achieve that goal and prove to them it will be well worth their time and investment. Working together with your sponsor on finding a way that works for you both - through a networking break or some sort of break out session hosted by them.

There is no magic number for something like this. As long as the content is relevant for your audience and the attendance is there, it is great to keep experimenting with different topics and formats of webinars.
